I have worked in retail for almost 30 years, specialising in the customer experience.
I still own and run my bricks and mortar high street businesses and so I know how it feels to be a retailer, I understand the issues we face, whether it be finding the right member of staff or finding enough customers, I know how daunting it can be dealing with suppliers and landlords or dealing with the tax man!
