My name is Anna Hare and I have worked in retail for almost 30 years, specialising in the customer experience.
I still own and run my award winning wedding businesses in the heart of Norwich city centre.
And I love to help passionate retailers find, and keep, more customers; giving them financial freedom and an enhanced work/life balance.
I am motivated by delivering transformational change for my coaching clients.

Pure Brides currently holds the title of Best Bridal Retailer in England, an accolade we were awarded in both 2019 and 2022 and one of my proudest acheivements.
I have learned so much over the past 17 years since I opened my first bricks & mortar store, and the shape of the high street has changed almost beyond recognition in that time, with the internet becoming second nature to us all. In order to thrive and not just survive, learning to adapt has been essential particularly in the last 10 years.
I am obsessive about the businesses being the very best that they can be and am constantly looking at ways in which we can learn, improve and grow.
I am also incredibly proud to be a qualified Entrepreneurs Circle Certified Coach and learning about my clients businesses, getting under their skin and watching them grow with measurable success is what drives me.
I live in the heart of south Norfolk with my partner, my daughter and our 3 dogs...I love my home and am always busy, painting, planning, gardening or shopping! There's never a dull moment...but I'll always make time for tea.
